District Database Help

Rotary Club members can use the District and Club database (DaCdb) to update your own data (name, address, phone, e-mail, business data, your photo and spouse’s information). You can also view (or print) the club’s membership directory in just a couple of clicks.

The link below will take you to a login page asking for your User Name and Password. By default, the User Name is your email address and the Password is your Rotary International Member ID number. You can find your Member ID number on the address label of your Rotarian magazine address label (the highlighted number below, and no, that is not my real ID number).

Once you have logged in, the welcome page has more instructions on how to use the system.

The two functions you are most likely to use are under the “Members” menu. Select “View MY Data” if you want to update your personal information or select “Club Directory” to view or print a club directory in various formats.
